My World In Blocks turns map locations into 3D block models. We designed the app to keep your data on your device. We do not require an account and we do not sell your data.
With your permission, the app uses your location only while the app is in use, and only to centre the map on where you are. Your location is not stored by the app and is not shared with us or third parties.
Satellite map imagery is provided by Apple Maps. To build a model, the area's geographic coordinates are used to request public elevation tiles from AWS Terrain Tiles (a public open-data dataset). Only coordinates are used to fetch tiles — no personal identifiers, names, or account information are sent.
Saved renderings (the location and its layers) are stored locally on your device. They are not uploaded to us or to any cloud service by the app.
The optional Pro upgrade is handled by Apple via the App Store. We never see or store your payment details. Apple processes the transaction under its own privacy policy.
The app does not include third-party advertising or tracking SDKs and does not track you across other apps or websites.
The app is suitable for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
