By downloading or using My World In Blocks ("the App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
The App is free to use. A one-time in-app purchase ("Pro") unlocks the ability to save renderings, export build videos, and print plans and parts lists. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple in line with App Store policy.
Map imagery is © Apple and its data providers. Elevation data is provided by AWS Terrain Tiles (registry.opendata.aws/terrain-tiles), derived from public-domain sources including SRTM, NASADEM, GMTED2010 and ETOPO1. Elevation values are approximate.
You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, or use it to violate any law. The generated models and elevation data are for hobby, educational and creative use.
The App and its data are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Elevation and terrain data are approximate and must not be relied upon for navigation, aviation, engineering, safety, or any decision where inaccuracy could cause harm.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
